Who We Are
From One Crew to a Nationwide Operation
C&C Building Maintenance was founded over 15 years ago by two brothers who believed commercial facility care didn't have to be complicated. Too many property managers were juggling five different vendors, chasing down invoices, and dealing with no-shows. We set out to fix that.
We started with a single cleaning crew serving local businesses in Sacramento. Word spread fast — not because we advertised, but because we showed up when we said we would and did the job right. That reputation grew us from one city to one state to all 50.
Today, C&C manages facilities for apartment complexes, retail chains, office parks, and industrial properties across the country. But our approach hasn't changed: one account, one bill, one team you can count on.
